We want you to have the best possible spa experience with us, so effort has been spared to ensure your absolute comfort and sense of wellbeing. It’s very simply what sets our spa apart.

For that reason, we highly recommend that you begin every visit with a session in one of our relaxing steam rooms. Not only will this help you reach a heightened state of calm more quickly, the steam will also open up your pores to absorb all the skin nourishing products applied during your luxury treatment. Book this with our Reception team in advance allowing an extra 10 minutes to fill in any necessary consultation forms with your designated therapist.


Consultations

All first time visitors to Spa Illuminata are required to take part in a short one-to-one consultation, so that your therapist can discuss any potential health issues and determine the best course of treatment to meet your unique and specific needs.


Cancellation Policy

Spa Illuminata reserves the right to charge 50% of the original booking price when cancelled within 24 hours. Last minute cancellations (less then 24 hours notice) and No Shows will incure 100% charge. A credit card number is required at the time of booking.
